By accessing or using Workomax, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
Workomax provides HR management tools, payroll processing systems, financial workflow automation, reporting dashboards, and related operational support services for businesses.
The platform is intended strictly for legitimate business operations.
Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Account administrators are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.

Where applicable, Workomax may enable structured operational notifications through approved communication channels. Users agree that such communications must comply with applicable messaging and data protection laws.
Certain features may be subject to subscription fees. Users agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the agreed billing terms.
Failure to pay may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of services.
All platform software, design elements, trademarks, and proprietary systems are owned by Workomax. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform.
Business data entered into the platform remains the property of the respective organization. Workomax processes such data solely for the purpose of providing contracted services.
Workomax is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workomax shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Workomax, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of the platform.
Workomax reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in unlawful activities.
Users agree to comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to data protection, employment regulations, financial reporting laws, and electronic communication laws in their jurisdiction.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
Workomax reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
